They handled the insurance. Came right away. They were there the next day, fixed everything. They handled everything for us with the insurance claim and got us reimbursed.

My project scope increased to include wall and ceiling repair, prepping and painting as well as the floor re-finishing. Mr. Moore was capable of doing this increased scope of work. The project hasn't started yet but the visit to estimate the job was done very professionally. Mr. Moore offered suggestions which demonstrated his experience with this type of work.
