Trusted and Reliable Plumbing Service - Can't say enough about these guys! When it comes to plumbing issues - I'm not the most knowledgeable. So I really respected Joe, Ken, and all the reps I've worked with at JP Plumbing. They won't oversell you a fix you don't need, and they take the time to educate you on your issue. They are honest, fair, and do great work. They're also extremely reliable! I tried to schedule appointments with several other companies in the Omaha area. JP Plumbing was prompt, professional, and gave updates on their arrival window. Most recently, I had a small leak on a project they helped fix, they were back within an hour of my call to make sure the job was finished. I won't work with any other company in Omaha!

The replacement of our house sump pump was done efficiently and with excellent workmanship. The worker was also very professional and provided info on the pump and other older plumbing items we have. I highly recommend this service for this job. Bob W

Would definitely recommend was without gas due to a leak for 5 weeks. Got a hold of them and they got me scheduled in a week. Fixed all my issues and were very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and understanding with al ur issues.

Joe and his company are fantastic. We wanted to replace the toilets in our 3 bathrooms that were 15 years old with new ones having the new flushing technology and taller. Joe met with us to go over the different models and helped my wife pick out the ones she liked in the colors she liked. They installed them in ½ a day and we threw away the plungers. Then recently we bought a new refrigerator. When the installers went to take the old one out the water value would not shut off it just spun in circles. It was just after 5pm and I was desperate, so I tried calling Joe. He answered and said it would be a 5 minute job to replace the value so I wouldn't have to wait another day for the installers to come back. He stopped by on his way home and replaced the value. I dont know many plumbers or even friends that would do something like that for me. Ive recommended Joe and J.P. Plumbing to numerous friends. He is the Best of Omaha, Best of Nebraska, and Best of the USA.

Ratings I actually recomend. 4.5 No one is perfect. 4.5 No one is perfect. 4.0 Plumbing is expensive but very competitive prices. NOTE: I gave all 5 stars because the rating system is overinflated and i don't want them to be at adisadvantage becasue of one person actually being honest.

The price is more expensive than other plumbers, almost 300.

Water was leaking from my kitchen sink to the basement. I thought it was the pipes. The technician came in and looked at the problem and replaced my garbage disposal. He had one on his truck and replaced it. That took care of the problem. A very good company with extremely trained personnel. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt but the person they sent was not very knowledgeable. He said the clog was cleared and I ran more water before he left and it backed up again. I asked about warranty and he had to call in to find out. He didn't really know if he could take a check, but assumed so. He was a nice enough guy, but did not instill in me the feeling that he really knew what he was doing. I'm hoping we don't have the same problem any time soon.

Our water heater went out and Joe sent Corey, which has done other repairs for us out, and within a couple of hours all the work was done and I had a new hot water heater. Corey is great to work with and very friendly. Customer service is great is top notch. Will use them again if plumbing service is every needed.

I contacted JP Plumbing via a recommendation from HomeAdvisor, and immediately got Darcy on the line, she got me scheduled in for only few days after I had called. Joe came out and did a good evaluation of the project. The next morning he had Corey come out for the install, and we were up and going well within reason! Very appreciative of the quick communication and service in getting this albeit rather simple conversion of an electric to gas range!
