I was not happy with the installation of our walk-in shower. I called to ask the owner to come and see what my concerns were. He sent the guy that did the installation, who said it was fine. The shower works, but I was not pleased with some if the associated issues and customer service was very lacking.

Very good people doing the actual installation. The billing was a little bit behind with giving payment credits, however, they did try hard to satisfy customer concerns. I would highly recommend JP to people needing a new heater.

He was quick and did a great job

Josh was a nice guy but after 3 hrs/$300...didnt resolve our problem. I called office to discuss, was told (Jeb or Jed?) would return call to me. Gave a few days and no call. Another Plumbing service found my problem and fixed it. Dont waste your dollars or time. I gave JP opportunity to redeem themselves. They failed.

I am very happy with JP Plumbing & Heating. Clint was professional and knowledgeable, He installed a new sump pump with a battery back-up for me. Thank you Clint. I am not sure about the price because I have not been billed yet. So I just give it a 4 Stars for the "value for money". And I am not going to call around to check on price.

This company is so professional and courteous. I contacted 5 different companies for quotes and these guys and one other contractor were the only two who did not trash talk every other company. Trash talking another company really does nothing for a business. Jed worked very hard at getting us a low price and was extremely prompt in their service. No they do not have a "showy" showcase at their place of business like some do but then they pass that savings onto the customer. The two receptionists were extremely professional and polite. In my opinion I would recommend these people to anyone. We ended up replacing both the air conditioner and furnace as well as had a humidifier installed, as well as two new air return ducts cut in. Thank you for the professional service.

After signing up with "Home Advisor" and selecting jp plumbing as a company i was interested in, JP sent me an email. I called an talked to Joy. She gave me the cost of replacing my old water heat. She gave me the cost right then and there. Said they could replace the heater the very next day. Joe called about 8 the next morning that he would be here asap. He came about 8:30, looked at the old heater and went to buy the replacement. He was back, carried the new heater downstairs, went right to work. Had everything in place in an hour. Carried the old water heater upstairs. Was efficient and clean. Good job, I will call them again. Elaine

Not able to self-diagnose.

The plumber was fine and the job well done. Took about two hours to run a gas line for my new gas stove. Cost was $561.75 for parts and labor. YIKES! He advised what the cost would be before starting the job, however my stove was scheduled to arrive the next day..... so no time to look around!

The rating for value for money isn't really a reflection of the vendor, just that it's always expensive for a plumber relative to the amount of time they spend working on an issue. $150/hr (approximately) seems a brutal hourly wage, and maybe it's not fair to add this comment to this vendor. They called me immediately after I used HomeAdvisor, they were professional, found and fixed the issue quickly,l and reasonable regarding rates and based on my first experience. I'd hire them again and have added them to my list of trusted vendors.

Quick same day service, No mess left, did a great job.

We updated appliances in my mom's condo so we needed a new sink installed, garbage disposal hooked up, dishwasher installed and a water line addedfor the new fridge. They were very responsive and accommodating with my schedule. Nick was meticulous about finishing the project correctly...and he cleaned up everything before he left and hauled away the old parts, etc. Their invoice was less than we anticipated so mom is very happy about that since she is on a fixed income!

After I accepted their bid, they were ready to install the shower the next day. They were on time and efficient. I would use this pro again.

They did good work and I keep calling them back for more projects. I got ahold of them for the first project to install plumbing for an addition on my home. I was so impressed with the work they did I called them back and requested Brad personally. He takes pride in his work!

They were fast, efficient and got the job done beyond my expectations.
