I had our kitchen faucet replaced. JP plumbing was on time and they installed new faucet. We did have a couple leaks and they returned promptly to fix them. I will definitely consider using them in the future.

Jim and Jeff arrived 1/2 hour early and replaced my well pump much faster than I expected and had time to replace a hose bib, too. They were friendly and professional. I'll hire them again for any plumbing matters.

Great customer service and fair pricing. I had a handyman try to install a faucet and after a full day struggling with it on our pedestal sink he gave up and told me to hire a plumber. Being in a bind J.P. Was quick to respond and help out. It turned out there was an issue that they were able to resolve but then noticed a missing piece at the end of the job. After I attained the piece they were kind enough to come back the following day to fix the issue without charging me as they stand by their work (something the handyman obviously didn’t).

Well Pump Repair or Service
Outstanding service by two polite, neat, efficient techs, Jeff and Josh. Jeff said he is a USMC infantryman vet - my kind of American. Josh looks like he might have a similar history- Semper Fi, Jeff, and thanks for a job well done, both of you. Clay Johanson, Lt Col, USAF, Retired.

6 star company Jim gave me the honest and reasonable estimate on Tuesday. On Wednesday at the promised time of 9:00 am Josh and Jeff were working! Two respectable and hard working plumbers that are a true asset to JP Plumbing. They dug up my broken four inch main sewer line and made the necessary repair. It was about a five hour job that I could not have imagined even doing myself (I am too old). In my opinion, this company is top shelf and very professional and above all, honest.

Showed up on time, walked me through all the issues and solved the outside spigot problem by not just changi ng the fitting, but finding and correcting the flow.

They were extremely efficient. Explained everything very thoroughly before performing any work. Gave price before performing work. I changed the faucet I wanted and they stopped to give me a new price before continuing. There was never any question throughout the day as to what they were doing or what the price was going to be. I would highly recommend J.P. Plumbing.
