Ismael was very patient and honest explaining to me upfront why and how he needed to diagnose the issue as well as the potential cost. After finding out the problem, he also patiently explained to me the options of fixing the issues, gave candid advice and fixed the issue within 2 hours. I donâ t know how much this usually cost but I feel the charge is reasonable and worth the value.

Leti & Ernesto are the reasons why JP Plumbing Solutions LLC VA is awesome. This is our second service done with them. Our 20 year old water heater was broken and leaking badly. I called at 5 PM to schedule to an appointment with someone at JP Solutions. The lady mentioned someone needs to come to my house to give an exact estimate. Within 15 mins Leti and Ernesto called me back and was able to give me a fair price over the phone and assured me they will be able to install new heater next morning at 11 AM. I got a text message around 11 AM saying Ernesto is en route. He came with a commercial grade water heater to replace the old one. If you call JP Plumbing be sure to ask for Leti and Ernesto. You will not be disappointed.

I would give JP Plumbing 10 stars out of 1 - 5! Both the owner Ernesto and technician Jefferson are experienced, professional and get the job done. They are truly the best in class and highly customer-service focused. JP Plumbing offers affordable pricing also. Highly recommend! Jefferson arrived to the appointment on time, right on the dot of the hour. He is professional and polite. He immediately identified the cause of the loosen faucet, and took the time to explain and demonstrate to me until I fully understand and see (it's behind the drywall). He quickly developed a solution. After he opened up the drywall, he discovered additional problem that the pipe was leaking. Luckily he has new shower units in his truck so he can replace the entire unit the same day. When he tried to shut off the water, he discovered that the water main switch in the house is stuck. I had to call the city water to come over to shut the water, which is a 2-hour turnaround. During this time, Jefferson was on standby nearby. When I called him to let him know that city has shut off the water, Jefferson came back in 8 minutes. He was able to complete all repair work the same day, we were able to turn the water back on in the afternoon.

Called for a water leak in the ceiling in the dining room. The master bath is directly above. A gentleman came and visibly looked for leaks in the faucets and drains in the bathroom. Then he cut a hole in the ceiling in the damaged area. He could not find a leak with what he saw. Suggested it could be a faucet leak or a pipe leak. Discussed the cost for repair to each if it was in fact that. I was ok with the pricing and the service for the potential problems. He said he would need to cut a hole in the tiled area around the tub to check the pipes and faucet. I agreed. What was not understood or mentioned was their company does not repair or replace drywall and tiles for the holes they make to do work. Shame on me for not asking but the professional standard is to return the site back to its original state. Had I known the gentlemen were not going to replace the tile I should not have had him cut the hole. The problem ended up being cracks in the shower that just needed to be sealed and regrout. In the end, the problem was superficial and did not need a hole in the wall to fix. Now I have to call a separate company to come to fix the walls.

Excellent price (lowest out of 6 bids) for water heater replacement and excellent communication. Would hire again in a heart beat.

I had two toilets (provided by JP) and washlet toilet seats installed and the related shutoff valves replaced. Ernesto provided great quotes. While there, he also installed two lines for icemakers, noticed a leaking valve to a hose bib and fixed it for a very reasonable price, and gave a great quote for a water heater. All told, I got everything I asked Len the Plumber to quote plus a few extras for less than half the price I was quoted by them. I had him install a new water heater for about 2/3 of the estimates I'd seen for doing so. When I had a dryer delivered today, one of the delivery men complemented the plumbing on it out of the blue. They were delayed an hour or so on the second day of work, but they kept me appraised of the timing and stayed into early evening to finish that day. I'm not even knocking half a star off for that--they knew I was flexible in timing, and I assume they were delayed to finish up for another customer they probably served just as well as me. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, everything works great, and I heartily recommend Ernesto and the JP Plumbing crew for any plumbing work you might have.

Very expensive for the job. Tough to tell them anything. Others were charging almost half of what this company charged. Extremely unsatisfactory. Job was completed properly in about 30 min.

I called JP on a Sunday morning. They had my toilet repaired by 2:30 the same day! Personable, explained how I might prevent problem from reoccurring. Priced in line with other providers.

First I had a great experience with Sandy, the receptionist. She is great to talk to, very helpful and knowledgeable. When Ernesto came to remove the old and install the new toilet he had everything ready what was needed. He advised to replace the old water shutoff valve which was very much needed. In the utility room he checked the water heater and more shutoff valves and he found a leaking pipe. I knew already that the water heater needed to be replaced. Since Ernesto had the time I let him do it the same day plus some shutoff valves. I like it when everything gets fixed what needs fixing. I still have some future plumbing work for him, which are not so urgent. I am very satisfied with his work.

On time fixed problem

I used JP Plumbing to replace 5 bathroom sink faucets, two shower faucets, and an outside hose bib that was leaking. Two of the sink faucets were unusable. In order for everything to match, I had to replace the other three as well, plus the two shower faucets. The job was more expensive than I had thought, but was done for the quoted estimate. Ernesto was very professional and efficient. He completed the work in about 7 hours. I was very impressed that all the work was completed in less than one day. I did notice a little drip in the new piping for the replaced hose bib, but as soon as I called Sandy, she had Earnesto come back and, after failing to cure the drip, he replaced the new hose bib and shut off valve. All in all, I'm a very satisfied new customer and would not hesitate to use JP Plumbing in the future.
