I hired Jason to resurface my pool, I gave them a down payment of $700, they gave said they were going to be here on 4/24/19, did not show, I called them they said they were here and they were not, I was told they were going to refund my money in full, all they gave me was a partial refund saying because they said they had service fees but no work was done

Jason was very helpful and honest. He seems to be very trustworthy. We hired him to put in a new liner this coming April. The quality of the liner samples were excellent. He was priced much more fairly than other quotes we were given. He detailed out the prices of all the services we wanted and needed. He even closed our pool and put on the safety cover for us for us when we put the deposit down for the liner at no additional charge. I have been recommending him to everyone I know who have pool needs.

I have never had a above ground pool. The pool is salt. They explained everything about it also closed. They also got a new cover at a very good price.

I hired jp pools to replace my liner and repair three sections of concrete around my pool steps. Communications is horrible. The liner has wrinkles, soft spots, divots and hard points. The concrete is horrible! Rough edges that are chipping away. No caulk at all. Painting the coping was part of the quote but the job was never done .I gave him my credit card for the deposit at the beginning of the job. Now he has charged me more than the balanced owed including the coping without my approval.

HE TOLD ME HE WOULD RESURFACE THE BOTTOM OF MY POOL WHEN HE HAD THE LINER OUT AND WOULD USE THE 40 LBS OF SAND TO DO IT WITH. AFTER HE WAS DONE IT LOOKED OK IN THE DAY TIME BUT THAT NIGHT WHEN I TURNED ON THE POOL LIGHT WE COULD SEE HE NEVER FIXED ANY OF THE FLOOR DIVITS AND THE LINE AT THE DEEP END IS CROOKED AS WELL IT LOOKS WORSE THAN IT DID BEFORE!!! NOW HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER.

I have not actually hired them yet, they came out to give me an estimate and I was VERY impressed. Will be calling them very soon when we decide what we are doing with the pool/
