We have hired JP Remodeling for several projects: tear down and replace two- and three-story porches; install replacement windows; install outside doors and screen doors; new bathroom; new closet; and other miscellaneous work. Contract was signed in April 2012. In July, contractor left temporary nails sticking out from railings and indicated he would return to finish job. As of October 1, contractor has not returned.

we are very pleased with my new deck, John was always on time, professional taking time to answer all our questions and concerns. The site was cleaned and free from any debris after each work day. I will use John again for any new project.

Currently in process, the timing has been slow due to ordering of custom doors, however so far great quality work, attentive, and very responsive. The pricing has been higher than other bids.

JP Did excellent work, we are very happy with our new bathroom. The only issue was how long it took. The estimate was for 3 weeks and it took more like 6 Weeks. Inspectors, plumbers etc. were not scheduled in advance and that caused us to lose many working days. But the work was high quality and I would recommend JP to others. Our house is very old and JP made the bathroom look amazing.

JP Remodeling was professional, sought to resolve unforseen issues in a timely (this was a moderate kitchen remodel) manner with great attention to detail and our goal in mind. JP Remodeling gave attention to detail to all aspects of the project. The project was finsihed with all elements complete, with a high quality of workmanship.

We had a problem with the tub wall, but the factory is replacing it. This put the project a little behind. J.P. Has the toilet and tub working so we can use it but we have to wash our hands in the kitchen. I would like to rate the finished project when it is completed.

JP Remodeling did a high quality job with our porches and decks. He stayed within budget except for two items which we discussed. Overall I was very happy with his work.
