Excellent service, had a roof done, they did it on time and at aa great price. Will have them also do my deck and fence when the time comes. Highly recommend them!

Very poor communication, basically non-existent. The only way to get any information is to continually call, email, and text. Paid over half upfront then 3 weeks passed without a word from anyone. I started calling and emailing and until I demanded my money back did any work gets done. Job finished over a month late. Multiple weeks in a row there was an *emergency* out of town. No communication, excuse after excuse why work was not being done. Biggest headache contractor we have ever dealt with. Pay the extra $$$, it is worth it!

James was easy to talk to. He did good work at a good price. What else can you ask?

Pro's: Overall what a great job!!! we could only get part of our fencing done and hopefully get the rest done next year. The guys were professional and got the work completed in a timely manner. Con's: If there was a con, just the late start on the project, which you was more mother nature fault and not JP. Great prices and great work. Thank You JP Remodeling!

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars for service is because they arrived a week late. I am very happy with the fence they installed for me.

Difficult to review as some parts were good, others not. The tile work was very good as James did that himself however, other aspects of the remodel were not all that good. The electrical work was quick but plugs were not firmly connected to studs; the plumbing left much to be desired. He did not install the hand shower internally which meant a wall would have to be removed to complete the project. James indicated that would cost extra. Also, the tub drain and cold water connection were not correctly installed and James, after numerous request, refused to fix it to include damage done by leaking water. I had to hire another pro to complete the project. Finally, the cleanup left much to be desired. After his cleanup, I needed to hire a service to do it right. The end result looks good but the problems associated with the project needed some discount rather than adding more money to the total.

They started off well but then failed to complete the job. He rarely replies when I try to get the problem resolved and the project completed.

We have a beautiful bathroom!! On time and on budget. Professional quality.

Did not complete the job, did not return phone calls, and did not follow through on commitments.

Great fence job, very reasonable about half as much from other estimates.
