My call was answered immediately and appointment was scheduled and completed the next day. The gentleman was prompt, professional and knew his craft well. He Wore a mask and gloves and charged a fair price. I will call him again, next time I need appliance service.

Way overcharged for the work. Drum belt was broken and they took 260+ usd for replacement. The cost of brand new belt on amazon is 11 dollars. Wont recommend JP repair service to anyone.

Jeff is very knowledgeable. He gave my 48" Viking Stove a thorough inspection. He listened to my problems. He is neat, organized and timely. Jeff scheduled the repairs after he received the parts. Within an hour (max) my small oven was working again, and the grill top was back in business. I appreciate his skill. On a side note, I'm not a fan of the Viking Stove. I will research a lot more should we ever be in the market for another range.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with in regards to fixing our washing machine. He was very communicative and fixed the issue after he received the parts within the hour. His pricing was even lower than the manufacturer’s preferred appliance repairman. If I have any other appliance issues I will contact JP Repair Services again.
