These guys were extremely professional. They came out when they promised, provided a quote within 24 hours, did the work within a week and that was that. They sent pictures of the repair work and all looks very good. Obviously I won’t know how they did until the next big storm - but it looks good and I was treated really well and the pricing seemed fair and reasonable.

$2500 to fix leak still leaks 2 weeks later. Now say cant find materials to fix and dont return my calls.

"Sorry for the miscommunication, it my understanding that we did a water test the first time we went to inspect the problem that you have, and we find the source of the leak you witness the inspection the we perform. so that is what we quote and fix, unfortunately you have a additional and unsuspected source of leak coming from your flat roof patio which has outdated EPDM membrane, toke us about 3 to 4 hours to find the additional source of leak and we promise to fix, out of courtesy and is my understanding that you are in schedule, we tried to reach you by phone to confirm but no answer please contact us to confirm scheduling."
