Jersey was on time, professional, knowledgeable and willing to discuss price points in terms of the work that needed to be done. He finished the job in a timely fashion, explained the work completed. Jersey also answered any questions regarding other possible projects. I would recommend.

Very prompt. Explains everything needed thoroughly and gives you opportunity to ask questions. Did thorough cleaning and maintenance work on my boiler. Felt very comfortable with him , his knowledge base is awesome. Not pressing you to replace or buy unnecessary parts. He cleaned area where working nicely when done . Would highly recommend him .

He ripped me off !!! He replaced 4 wheels on a shower cabin door and charged me $220. At first he came to replace two sinks. He charged me $200 for each sink he replaced, which I thought it is a reasonable price. I then asked him if he could fix my shower cabin sliding doors, which would not close properly, so He replaced the wheels (4 of them) on one of the shower doors only. I should have asked him how much replacing the wheels would cost, but I thought it would not be more than $50. (I ordered the wheels on Amazon myself.) He worked for 20 min on the shower door and at the end he charged me $220. It was a rip off that upset me greatly. I do not know why I did not tell him I am not giving him $220 for replacing 4 wheels. I treated him very well, I even gave him extra for replacing the sinks. I am Albanian and he is, too and I tried to show appreciation, but he took advantage of me. I will never call him back. He saw the opportunity to get money from me because he saw I was very nice. I never asked him for receipts (he purchased both sinks for me from Home Depot), when he said he purchased extra materials I also gave him $30 extra without thinking twice. I blame myself for being too nice to him. I should have just stuck to the fixed prices and ASKED him how much he would charge for REPLACING 4 wheels in a sliding door. Shame on him. This is not how you keep clients and your business. You TREAT them well and do not seek the opportunity to make money that you do not deserve. It shows how greedy and dishonest he is. DO NOT TRUST HIM !!!
