Best plumbers I've ever used. Had them out multiple times for various services, from big jobs such as scoping and clearing obstructions in the sewer in our 2-flat, to small items like fixing some leaks under a kitchen sink. Great service, very fair prices, and clear explanations of all the work they need to do. Have had different crews come at different times, and everybody was extremely professional. Scheduling is responsive, too.

John was very responsive with options for water heater replacement, including providing a quote after options were discussed and working the installation into the schedule. Communicating with John via the Home Advisor site was quick and easy and John's communications were clear and to the point. John asked for pictures to plan the work that were shared with his team and they arrived on-time and completed the work. Two particular items of note related to the service quality: (1) the installation team cleaned up the piping from previous installations and installed a shut-off lever, rather than a shut-off valve (the previous valve had frozen open) and (2) the lead installer returned to the site, when the kitchen faucet wasn't flowing to clear out the line - after having noted to call, should there be any issues, once the water heated up in the tank, noting that would take approximately 30 minutes. The pricing was fair - we compared - and the service absolutely top notch. We will look to use J. Plumbing again - the entire experience was a pleasure with a good price and a great job done. Many thanks to John and his installation team for their responsiveness and high-quality work.

The team at J Plumbing did an amazing job! Even when coming out for the quote they were very professional and knew the right questions to ask. They installed a Navien tankless water heater (which seems to be the standard in the industry as all three other companies quoted the same) with an 11.5 gpm water flow rate for THOUSANDS less than we were quoted by others. Since installation our hot water is consistent and never-ending! We are ecstatic with the results, and will look to J Plumbing for future needs as well.

Professional, prompt, and kind. These guys are the greatest. My husband and I have used them for a number of projects after moving to a new space that needed extensive plumbing repair. They have been fantastic and their prices are competitive. We will continue to use them for plumbing needs!

J Plumbing is fantastic. We used them for a small repair before we sold our condo, and after moving to a larger space with so major plumbing needs, we called on their expertise again. They repaired a number of leaks and burst pipes, as well as installed a brand new dishwasher for us (where there wasn t a dishwasher before). They are kind, prompt, and professional with competitive pricing. My husband and I will continue to call them for plumbing needs.
