Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate

$1,400
Quality of job seems excellent. They replaced a 30 foot cast iron pipe for PVC in a tight crawl space. I also like how one can sign up for appointments quickly via email and pay by credit card over the phone after the job is complete. The quote was a little higher than some others, so I don't think these guys are the cheapes, but I felt confident they could do the job efficiently and properly.

My tenant called me to say that her hot water heater had died. I contacted Service Magic at 6:30am and I received a call from Effective Plumbing at 6:35a. I explained my situation and we made arrangements to have the job done. I was unable to get to the job site, as the work was being done, but the work was completed in a very timely fashion. And when I got to the house later that afternoon, I was impressed with the quality of the work. They made it very painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
