JR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION LLC

The provider, Melt from JR Quality Construction LLC, started work on 7/28, and my expectation and what we agreed upon was that he would remove the concrete patio in my yard and the concrete path around my pool and replace it with a new concrete patio and path. This was to cost $9500. He has been given $6000 at this point. In the process of jackhammering my concrete path, he and his crew destroyed and then disposed of my retaining wall. This is 95 feet of retaining wall, and it is GONE because they destroyed it. I have photos. This took place on 7/28/26 and 7/29/26. He then told me that I would need to pay an additional $75,852 to have them replace it. (The original job as stated above was for concrete removal and a replacement concrete patio and path, and this was to cost $9500. I want compensation for this destruction in my yard, and I no longer want him or anyone from JR Quality Construction LLC to work on my property. They also destroyed my pool skimmers and the French drains surrounding my yard, which I would like to be compensated for as well.
