Very happy with the service.

I believe they were very knowledgeable with the repair, the real issue was it took over a month to complete the repair. After multiple phone calls to the repair service, I was able to finally get an appointment for the final repair. Although I was told several times they were waiting on parts, my wife overheard them say they went to a local shop to get the part. It seems the biggest complaint I have is the efficiency of the repair and the amount of time to get the parts. Also, I would say that I as the customer should not have to call them three times to find out when the repair is going to be made or for an update on the parts. They should have called me to ensure I was in the loop as to what the status of the parts was.

I had a retirement and Christmas party scheduled the next day. I had ordered Over $400 in party platters. I have a commercial refrigerator that was the destination for the platters. I fired it up and was not cooling. I called for help. I got called immediately when I called help. This company responded the same day, evaluated the problem. Fixed the problem and the party platters had a home. Best outcome. Party went well. I'm retired after 56 years of work!

I was in a jamb. Big party was 3 days away and the kitchen would be absolutely in need of hot water. This company responded within minutes and scheduled in the next day and the price was right. Hot water was online when we needed it for the party dishes. Origional heater was warrantied at 10 years yet it lasted 17 years. Heater installed to code.

Friendly, fast and efficient. Would use them again.

They arrived a little early and were willing to wait until I returned home. My daughter was ok with them doing the repair with her present. They were polite and efficient but did not introduce themselves or return the dryer to its original position when they left. The price was fair and I would use them again if I needed a repair.

They had several tips to get the best performance from my washer.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked quickly to complete the repair. We had them come back out because of the noise. They didnt charge anything and the noise wasnt related to the initial problem. Couldnt be more pleased with their service and integrity.

I needed my G.E. refrigerator repaired. Freezer food was thawing, milk tasted warm, water was leaking to the floor when I would try to use the water dispenser. Randy and Jim were able to come same day I contacted Home Advisor. They were quick to diagnose the problem and to get parts ordered which were received also quickly. The repairs were then done effectively and without wasting time. The parts (G.E. brand and I think not some "knock-off" brand maybe made in China) and labor costs were reasonable. Good job done, fellas! I will use their service again if any of my other appliances need repairs.

They were quick, came out same day, within a few hours actually. They were quick and honest. Unfortunately, they smelled of cigarette smoke. Just letting you know in case you are sensitive to cigarette smoke like I am.

Listened to my concerns and I had to say. They didn t beat around the bush, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Make things cold again woohoo!!!

We hired JRAD to fix our ice maker in our fridge, which had stopped making ice. They were very friendly guys, although a little jumbled - They quoted us one very high price, and then called us back about an hour later to say that actually they got the price wrong. But, although they managed to fix the main issue, they apparently messed up the tube so that water was just spraying constantly into the ice maker, which caused it to fill up with a huge block of ice until it stopped working again. When we called them to have them out, they didn't answer and they didn't reply to our message. So I called back a week later, at which time they did come out and fix it again. However, both times they were very unhygienic. I never once saw them wash their hands, and my wife reported that they didn't seem to wash even after using the restroom - Right before working on our ice maker! Then they repaired our ice maker directly on our kitchen floor without putting down a towel or anything to protect it from the ground, and then put it right back into the fridge afterward. When they came out the second time, they had to thaw and clear out the ice. Rather than using a clean cup from our kitchen, they went and retrieved an empty fast food cup from their car, which had black stains on it that made me think it had been used as a spit cup for chewing tobacco. Again, they used this to rinse out our ice machine. Which makes ice. Which we put in drinks that we then consume. Honestly, both times they were out we wanted to throw away everything in our fridge and hand clean the whole thing, because they had to move things around to get to the ice maker, and their jackets, which smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, brushed against the inside of the fridge while they were working. There's nothing we could do about the inside of our ice maker having been rinsed in that way, though, other than to let the ice bucket fill up two times before using it again. We got sick a few days after we started using the ice maker again. We don't think it was because of JRAD's lack of hygiene, but I can't count it out. If you need your dishwasher or laundry machine serviced, maybe they would be a good choice; They're very friendly. But if they're working with anything you want to actually be clean when they leave, stay far away.
