Joe did a great job! I am a perfectionist & Joe took his time, asked many questions about what i was looking for & every time I interrupted him he stopped what he was doing and answered my questions. He definitely has his customers satifaction at the top of his priority list. He buttoned up his installation very neatly , then stayed & reviewed system operation until he was sure I was comfortable operating the system. I highly reccommend JR Alarms.

I would give Mr. Smith another three stars after they five i just given. The professionalism, workmanship and pricing is second to none. I had a general contractor for another job come by and admired Mr. Smith's work for about 15 minutes. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Joe was truly a professional in every sense of the word and a really nice guy at that. He walked me through everything he was doing to make sure I understood the problem. He went as far as to suggest a few modifications to assure my home was safe. I plan to recommend J R Alarms to my entire family and friends.
