Stove mysteriously began to work intermittently after initial diagnostic exam & reassembly. Age of stove (20+ yrs) did not warrant costly comprehensive repair. We decided to live with it as is.

Called the next day and apologized for not calling the day I submitted the request. (it was a holiday, I didn't expect a call). Got an appointment for a Monday at 7:15/7:30 am. Ron and Joe showed up on time and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. I didn't have to wait around all day for service. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely call them again for future service of appliances. Had my propane oven serviced.

Not only did they return our call in a timely manner but they provided us great service. When the washing machine didn't seem to run properly after their visit, they came back the next day (first thing in the morning) to get it running properly at no charge. It was pricey but way less than Sears!
