J.R. Closet Company

It?s been almost 2 years since we hired JR Closet , and the job is still not completed. He did part of the work, took the full payment, and then completely disappeared. Since then, it?s been nothing but excuses and broken promises. He doesn?t answer calls or messages. Unfortunately, I had referred him to friends and family early on ? and he treated them the same way. He took money from a known family member and never even showed up to start the job. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid JR Closet completely. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Fraud company. Takes money by pressuring to pay for materials, afterwards no response either text or call. He?s a nightmare and totally untrustworthy person, unskillful. Please stay away if you want some peace and want to save money.

Sione/John got half the money upfront last year but didn't start the job for more than 6 months. When he finally showed up, it was a mess. He and his crew smoked in the garage, left cigarette butts everywhere, and didn't clean up. They cut materials inside the house and left them lying around. Then they disappeared for weeks without finishing the work. I've been trying to contact him for 2 months now, but he won't answer calls or messages. Don't trust him; he's unreliable and does a bad job.

DO NOT. I REPEAT... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. He'll take your money in advance and will not show up. You've to practically beg for him to show up, You call him daily and he doesn't pick up. He doesn't respond at all. If he does pick up, it's excuses... I'll do it next week... The week after that.... Mom's in the hospital.. I was out of town etc etc. No matter how big the job is, he'll try to complete it in one day... So what happens then... Terrible quality. Broken cabinetry... Drawers don't close fully.. Multiple damages on various cabinets... He'll get your money from you and he'll promise that he'll drop by and fix everything. But he doesn't. He never does. He has your money, why would he come back? TLDR; if you need a hole in your pocket and a bunch of broken and damaged closets, please engage him... He'll do a fine job

They gave a quote, reasonable price, perform in a timely manner!

They were thoroughly professionals: Worked closely with us to understand our needs. Had clear design concepts to finalize the plan as per our need and suitability. Offered a pricing that had no competition in the market. Took one single day to complete entire project including one walk-in and two sliding closets, and a wall to wall cabinet. Finishing is excellent. Materials used is Melamine, same as other companies in the market

Quite a pleasure to work with. On time, very professional, calls with arrival time, prompt.

Great public relations, does great work. Would be a 5/5 but I believe everyone has room to improve.
