Robert's customer service and communication skills were stellar throughout all phases of the project. All work was done on time, on time as scheduled and on budget. Robert quickly remedied the couple of minor issues I noticed. We are exceedingly happy wit the look of our newly refinished LR and DR floors, and will be hiring JRD Carpeting again when it comes time to tackle additional flooring projects in our home.

I am very pleased with the job that Robert did in installing my new bamboo floors. He made the whole process pretty much stress free. They were very efficient and installed my floors in about a day and a half. He was very professional and reliable. I highly recommend him for floor installation!

We hired Robert and his crew to tear up our kitchen tile, and install wood flooring. Also had his team sand and stain our condo (roughly 1200 feet). They were always very professional and reliable. They were also flexible with the timing as well, as we had multiple projects going on around the same time. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects that you might have in the future.

Overall I am satisfied with the job. The workers are easy to communicate and very professional. However, the price is a bit high to me. Before hiring any professional here, I suggest doing enough homework and know about the job procedure so we can point out it if there is any mis-arrangement. Most contractors mainly if not only care about getting the job, instead of thinking much from customers' interest.

Robert and his team are simply the best. Reliable, professional. From start to finish, the whole process was literally stress free. Even impressed my Father, (a miracle in itself).

They are quick. They listen and work with you to achieve your dream. They are helpful and go above and beyond in certain areas. I was overall pleased with the installation. The only constructive advice I have is to do a better grout cleaning job. Some grout was left on top of the tiles on the back splash. It is easily correctable and I'll be doing that. Also the construction debris was not removed from the premises. Otherwise ,I compliment them for taking on additional jobs that not originally in the scope of the work and doing it well.

Jose and his helper arrived on time. Did an excellent job in removing bad planks and replacing them with the new ones. cleaned up as if it were his own home. Great job Harvey

This is the second time I hired JRD Carpeting! Always on time, systematic and prompt in responding. Certainly the best where quality of work, pricing, finishing, attention to detail and neatness are concerned!
