Contacted this contractor and he came out and gave me an estimate on attic stairway. I hired him. It was done on my time line. He explained every step along installation. He did also paint molding, chalked and secured very good the stairway in. It works well. Thanks

At this time, it was done to the best we could do financially. UPDATE: Now that we have been able to review the work, Alan Burns Jr. did not do a good job. We will have to hire someone else. We originally mentioned fours and all the cupboards in the kitchen under the countertop. He was only going to do eight of the 12. He never looked at the drawers. So the pictures are what we have still.

Alan is a nice guy and a hard worker. However, job is incomplete and he has ghosted me. 1. Did not finish lattice strips on screen job. 2. Used carpet remnant used for non skid material on ramp. 3. Repair leaks from work done on roof. Photos attached. We made arrangements for him to finish up and he has ghosted me. So disappointing because he's a nice guy.
