Workers were 30 minutes late. When I called company, I was told they were within their one hour window. I was not informed of a window of time by the company or Home Adviser. The electrician drilled into the mounting plate to widen a hole which caused me concern. The fan had a clicking noise after it was installed. I called the manufacturer.They said the fan blades were not locked in place. I called the electrician back and he rescrewed the mounting plate to the ceiling with stucco screws which seemed to solve the problem. Then he realized that one remote turned on fans in two rooms and had to readjust the frequency in one room. I thought I had a 10% discount with Home Advisor, but it was not mentioned. The electrician and his assistant made everything work properly.

The exhaust fan motor was burned out in the bathroom of my rental unit. I had bought a replacement fan for him to install. He was able to replace the faulty motor with the one from the replacement fan. He saved me considerable time and expense. I commend his honesty.

The technician was very knowledgeable & told me the problem regarding my garage connections, he fixed my outlets the day he came out, but had to come back to replace the panel & switches in the panel box, the technician was very clean & courteous. Came out on Friday & back on Monday to complete the work, very happy with the work.
