I paid over $8,000 for this company to install my garage doors and openers. Just a few months after installation, one of the openers developed a problem with the sensor. I even purchased and installed a replacement sensor myself, but it didn?t fix the issue. That opener also won?t connect to Wi-Fi, so it may be defective. For almost a year, I?ve been reaching out to this company asking them to come and take a look. Despite countless calls and messages, they never came. Every time there was an excuse. No matter how patient or persistent I was, they simply refused to provide service. Very disappointing experience after spending so much money. If you?re considering hiring this company, be aware they do not stand behind their work once they?ve been paid.
