I hired this company. Rick came out same day, I hired him and paid him, he returned x1 time to fix my washer. Had the wrong part, reordered correct part and never returned. Never fixed washer or returned my money. I called him 3 times and he never returned my calla. Seemed like a nice honest man.

We hired him in October but he hasn?t done the job! The date and time was set, but when he was late I called him and he said he thought it was for the following day. (I had his business card with our date and time he had written on the back.) I was leaving town the next day, but he said he?d come do the job and get the payment when I returned. When we returned home the gutters hadn?t been done. My husband called him and set up an appointment for today at 2pm. At 3pm when he still wasn?t here, my husband called him. He told him he was in Texas with his ill mother. We can sympathize with him, but a professional phone call would have been appreciated.

Very professional, cleaned up our Mom's yard, gutters of pine needles- yard looks great!! Will definitely be calling on Rick in the future to take care of my Mom's yard. We highly recommend J&R Handyman Service.

Rick actually came two hours after I called, was friendly, competent and fixed my problem (which wasn't an emergency).

Rick was very helpful, ordered the part for the refrigerator and made sure we had some power to the unit until he could return. We will definitely use him again and have him on speed dial as we are new homeowners and new to Pinetop ...thanks Rick..
