Prompt, knowledgeable, professional. J.R. Answered all questions I had about the tankless water heater before he replaced it. Knowing he stocks the parts for the unit is a comfort. I called through home advisor and he replied immediately, he came by house to give an estimate the next day, promised start date- (he got to start my house earlier than planned while juggling another job)-he then worked on my water heater until it was finished - I was able to have heat and hot water earlier than promised so I was very grateful.

They forgot to keep the appointment. When I called them to let them know they forgot me they came right over even thiugh it was late. When finaly here they did great work.

We had a leak from the upstairs bath/shower. Joh Harght took extra time to locate the problem where other plumbers had failed. He diagnosed the problems causes and replaced only necessary parts in a most professional manner. Came back to check everything was right. I would highly recommend this professional's workmanship.

Very challenging to schedule the work, found myself waiting almost a whole day before we had to cancel and reschedule.

Cohn did great work was very accommodating with my schedule, would definetly use him again!

We thought we needed to removed a section on our baseboard. Instead, we only had to take off the cover/part that released the heat. Quick and cheap!! Did it right then even though we only asked for an estimate.

Jon quickly assessed the situation and immediately found and fixed the problem. He was polite and timely.

Came the first day I called him, on a Saturday, too look at the project and give me an estimate. Project was changing some gas piping around in order to install a new gas stove in the kitchen. We set up a time for the following Tuesday and he came right on time. I thought he did a good job, and the price was the same that he had given me as an initial estimate.

Seemed like an easy project First estimate from a plumber called for 1/2" pipe Jon wanted to know the BTU's of the double oven stove He determined between the gas fireplace,furnace,water heater ect I needed a 3/4" pipe

He responded quickly and came up with a good solution for us.

I couldn't be more pleased. Jon called within minutes of my submittal. He was at my home within the an hour. Looked at the project, i.e. broken kitchen drain. Left to gather the parts and was back within two hours. He completed the repair within an hour. And, best of all he cleaned up the work completely. I have already hired Jon for a second project. He get's five stars!
