In the reveiws there was a negative comment made against him, they had no idea what they were saying. Josh came in, no high pressure, gave me the quote. I checked a few others and they were 3 to 4 times higher. I went with the low bid and watched his work, which was done professionally. He was fast and very clean, my next project will be done by him.

I had a strange need: cleaning out soft and hard items before mouse extermination to happen tomorrow. They worked 2 hours and asked for $225. (there were 2 workers). When I learned that they needed that amount, I let them go. I still have a bunch to complete before tomorrow. Good folks and I liked them, my low rating is all about money.
