Never finished the project. We asked them for an estimate of the back porch after replacing the roof over the back half of the house with a metal roof. They left the gutters to the back roof off saying they will be added after coming back to give us an estimate for the back porch. But they never came back. We tried to contact them through emails and text messages over the next few months and finally received an email saying that they cannot do the job because of work load and they never said they would come and give us an estimate. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.

JRM Construction (Juan & Ana and their subs are great) A nagging leak was occurring in our first floor powder room, emanating from vent pipe in an attic space. We had the leak 'repaired' several times before from reputable contractors, but the problem was never solved and our ceiling in the powder room was beginning to fail. We had called several of the major roofing companies, who, although were 'immediately available' for a new roof, were 'out 14 weeks' for any repairs... worse, they would not repair a roof over 10 years old. After reading reviews... we decided to give Juan a call. We spoke with Ana on the phone and she arranged for Juan to come evaluate our situation THE SAME DAY! Juan quickly assessed our issue, and we learned from him that a failed improper install of boot vent, was the source of the leak. Luckily for us, we had some extra roofing tiles. Juan left to acquire the correct 'boot' and returned in a couple of hours and immediately removed and replaced a large section of roofing. He repaired the roof! It has been extremely tested in rains in the last few weeks. Amazing. We inquired about replacing our damaged ceiling our powder room, and the next day Juan had one of his fantastic drywall subs on the job. He completely replaced our ceiling, managed the insulation issues, and painted the room to a high level of finish. In summary, these are great contractors, nice engaging folks, who gave fair price estimates and completed the work as promised. Cannot say enough good things about Juan's team. In this world where contractors NEVER return your phone call, or finish a job, or stick to their estimates... JRM is great example of how businesses should work. Would absolutely recommend Juan and his company!

Juan and his crew arrived on time, completed the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after the work was done. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing or siding work. I plan to use them again for another big project.

This company is absolutely worth hiring. Juan and his wife are very customer friendly!! Juan has a great work ethic, meaning they cover all the bases....follow up,quality of work, pricing, clean up after the job was done. I didn t even know they were here when they left. And yes, they fixed the problem I hire them to do. Just a real pleasure working with them. Would definitely recommend this company.

Working with Juan and also his wife Ana was an excellent experience! I would highly recommend them to others. Their follow-up was great, and the work that they did on my porch and shed came out beautifully. (Siding). They finished the work well within their time frame and cleaned up afterward.
