I should have called them on it, and for some reason they took down the drains and put new ones, but it still isn't working well. They were suppose to follow back up but never did.

A+ on roofing workmanship and quality of materials. F Tore off old flashing around firebox and wood burner chimneys - reused old flashing instead of replacing with new as promised in their contract. C - Cleanup was adequate. F - Broke railing while throwing old roofing material. Said they would come back and weld. Roof was replaced 4/23/2015 - railing still not fixed. F - Height of roof was elevated due to placement of saddle. Wood burner chimney is barely above roof line - fire hazard ??? ? - Contract calls for application of sealant. Roof was replaced 4/23/2015 - contractor still has not applied sealant.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Great working with the salesman who worked with me on a deal and answered all my questions. The guys installing the siding were awesome to deal with. Very friendly and informative. One even told me about using stamped concrete for my new deck and sidewalk verses plain vanilla and it was a great suggestion. Only problem during the install was accidentally putting a screw through my cable wire when installing the shutter at the end on a Friday, so I was without cable or internet all weekend until they could come back to fix it on Monday. Never did get a sign.
