Larry was not prompt on responding. He tells you he will be there and does not show up. He came and did the job charged me $625 and did not fix the gutter. The first rain we had after he fixed the gutter it still was broken. We have called him 2 times and he says he will be out that week. It has been a month and he still has not fixed his work. Would not recommend to use as lack of cookie thru is his bad.

Excellent craftsmanship. I know it s gutters but they are an integral part of my house. Love their work and will have them back.

excellent work on gutters,reasonable price

JRP was very responsive and was able to fix my very minor roof issue the day I put in the request. It was a little pricey for what they actually did but I didn't really mind given they took care of it that day.

Had a roof leak called them on 11/28 in AM got a return call that evening. Advised they would strive to come to inspect and do temporary repairs on 11/29 and they did. Did final repairs on 11/30 per the verbal estimate. Cost was reasonable too. Larry, Bill, and Tyler were courteous and professional and that was a plus.

Larry sent a crew to my house to look my guttering which was backing up into the roofline. They added additional supports and thought the back-up was due to the heavy rains. Would highly recommend them.
