This is a great company to work with very reliable and fast. I had them come out and check my roof after a hailStorm. Turns out I had some hail damage so they helped me with the insurance process and help me get a new roof.

Louis stopped by and saw a limb hanging over my carport that could be dangerous. He cut it down very quickly and did an awesome job! Very friendly and helped prevent something that could have caused a lot of damage to my home.

Louis was very experienced and knowledgeable! He helped me understand my Insurance policy. What is covered and not, etc! Louis showed me the pictures of hail damage to my roof and something he is using called Hail Trace showing the hail path across my area. I decided to file a claim and got approved. JRP roofing and remodeling are the best contractor’s I have dealt with, and especially Louis. He is straight forward and gave great explanation of how they are with Owens Corning I'll be using them again and again and referring to anyone I know!

I called Louis due to his Facebook posts, he's rather comical and grabbed my attention. He gave me an estimate & explained why he can offer a Lifetime Workmsnship and Lifetime Warranty through Owens Corning, & I had to double check the website to see he was in fact not lying! I realized he is a man of his word(which is a big deal in today's time)and wrote him a check. Thanks Jrp Roofing and Remodeling for calming this Momma Bears worries. I would definitely refer Louis.

My experience was top notch from start to finish. The knowledge is amazing, customer service is outstanding, and the true care they put into their work is apparent. Always made me feel important, always answered questions, and truly care about their customers. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone needing any roof repair or remodel.
