I had J and R come to repair a broken water line in my front yard. Originally, I was thrilled. Jacob came out quickly, and his bid was far less than the large company had quoted. Unfortunately, a few days later, water was once again flooding my front yard. I called and texted for three days, and never received a reply. I had to hire another plumber to repair the repair.

Honest and courteous. No trick price lists and gimmicks. Responsive, dependable and on time. Veteran. We wish he'd done all the work in our new home. We'll use him for any plumbing we need done.

JR is your plumbing guy. he doesn't do that flat rate pricing like the otheres. he got the job i needed done to close on the sale of my house for $1000 less than competitors. he was $270 when orhers wanted $1200! Everyone needs to save these guys number. ive shared with a couple contractors and realtors already.

I was so surprised when Jacob called me to set up an appointment. I had done a search on Home Advisor at 2:00 am in the morning looking for a plumber in my area. I read all the reviews and had already made my mind up based on previous reviews that I was going to select J & R Plumbing. I was waiting for the company to open up and Jacob calls me and sets up an appointment for the same day. Now, that is proactive customer service! Jacob is the best. The hot water heater was repaired in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

Very professional

I had a outside water faucet to that had a steady stream of water leaking out of it. Jacob carefully removed the bricks (2) so I can put them back in there. I was very impressed with his work. He's the best.

Jacob Bell was unlike any other experience I’ve had with previous plumbing companies. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, service-oriented, and reasonably priced. And, he did not try to hard sell me on regarding repair of sewer line issues. He was very professional, yet genuine. Finally, after 30 years, I have found my goto pro for all of my plumbing needs! Jacob arrived just before his appointment time, evaluated our clog drain issue. He cleared our clogged drain within an hour. He communicated to me exactly what he was going to fo to clear the clog. Would contact again for a plumbing issue.

Jacob did a very good job fixing the mess of another plumber. Now the pipe is no longer leaking as of this morning. I had two estimates from two different plumbers, but Jacob's Estimate was the best. The other guys wanted to charge me to do more than what was required, but when J&R Plumbing came they told me don't worry, we will take care of it right now. Jacob fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes. He also offered a guaranty, if it leaks again I just call him. I highly recommend J&R Plumbing.

Was very prompt and very professional at his job

Jacob and his associate were very nice. They came in did the job which was replacing a garbage disposal. They were quick, neat and very professional . I would highly recommend them for your plumbing projects. I found them online and they were able to come out with in the hour...I really did appreciate that.
