Jose and his team were excellent. We had the exterior of our San Jose home painted. Jose responded to our request for quote immediately and responded promptly to every email and text and call with thorough answers to all questions we had. He and his team arrived promptly when they said they would and completed the job ahead of schedule and the house looks beautiful! Furthermore, Jose's prices beat his competitors by a landslide. Jose and team, thank you so much for your hard work! We will definitely be in touch for further painting jobs!

JR returns calls, is prompt with information, and his workers were great to work with. They took minor changes and issues in stride and got the job done in the proposed time arranged. The guys even worked late a couple of evenings to get it done. They arrived early and kept noise down until 8am. They cleaned up at the end of the job and protected valuables.

I contacted the owner, Jose of JR Quality Painting, for a quote to paint the house exterior. During the walk-around estimate process, he listened well to what I had to say while taking good notes of my concerns & needs to meet. He also understood English very well, that is important to me the customer because we are talking lots of work & lots of money; there's no room for misunderstandings. His written bid was itemized very clearly, whereas a different competing company was real vague with only a little description of what they were going to do, and the guy kept saying "don't worry, we will take care of you"; I saw a red flag with this guy. Another company was over $3000 higher, then lowered it by $2,500 when I said he was too high, so the trust was gone since he wanted to play some bidding game...forget those guys! Jose quickly followed up with an estimate that was thorough and reflected all my needs. His bid was about 6% higher than another company I favored but my gut feeling said that Jose would be better. So glad I chose (J R Quality Painting). My start date was accurate. Last but not least, I want to give credit to a couple of the key workers at my house. The first day, Jose coordinated all the work to be done, by introducing me to the job foreman, Bernardo, such a good guy, he was smart and very comfortable to talk with. Thanks for him. Next was Daniel, another very talented gentleman, eager, knowledgeable, and wants to do all work correctly. Then Marteen later on; I did not get to work with Marteen as much as I did with Bernardo & Daniel, but nevertheless, a super good guy! Plus thanks to two more guys that completed the crew. Jose, thanks for your honesty! There was a couple opportunities where another company owner may have tried to squeeze more money, but you stayed true. This was real positive. I have no regrets with my choice of you and your company; I thank you and your men for all the great work to make us happy customers!

Great quality, very hard-working staff, good communication; can't say enough. We have a 70-year-old wood sided house, and they did awesome. And cleaned up! Very happy.

These guys came bright and early on a rainy day, even though they probably knew they would have to come back, which they did. They adjusted their schedule and performed all their tasks very quickly and thoroughly. They even covered our neighbor's car, who does that? I was VERY happy with the paint job and their positive, happy attitudes! My house looks better than it ever has from top to bottom!

I love love love my painting job. My house looks brand new. Jose and his staff are very kind, clean, and respectful. Everything was perfect when they left. I asked for a color change in a shutter when they were almost done and the answer was .... No problem. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future for some kitchen cabinets. Jose and crew were on time for the estimate and the two days they worked. They did a good prep job and replaced some wood siding that had dry rot. They were very professional and were anxious to please. I would hire them again.

We have lived in our home for over 30 years and have had many home projects done. This was by far the most satisfying and professional. It required much repair and was a difficult job. Jose and his crew were always on time, courteous and precise. We are planning interior painting and will use this company, even if we have to wait to be on his schedule.
