We hired this company because a friend recommended it. He was not the lowest bid but we saw his work and we trusted him. When he first started the bathroom remodel, Joe (owner) was punctual and very friendly. He promised the small bathroom remodel would take approximately 3 weeks. During the drywall installation, they failed to insulate and when brought to their attention, Joe lied and insisted he show me. They had to cut holes in the ceiling and shove the insulation inside. Joe also pointed out that we had termite damage that needed to be fixed at extra cost , of course , but he never did and installed the drywall without replacing it. Approximately 2 months into the job , he stopped coming saying he had personal problems and never returned. We paid him most of the money bc Joe said he only had a few days of work left. He also never provided the shower doors and custom cabinet. He did not finish painting the bathroom and left all the grout stains on the walls and tile floor. Had to repaint the walls and clean the tile. He also left two old shower drains open on the floor that need to be sealed . The plumbing underneath the vanity was also not installed properly and will have to be replaced . The tile in the shower is not straight and in some areas uneven . Too many other small things to mention. I now have to hire somebody else to finish the job. This company is not be trusted.
