Contractor said he could stop by that afternoon, but I never replied or confirmed an appointment. The next thing I knew, he was calling saying he was at my door. He quoted $175 without clearly explaining this was only to rebuild the valve, then said replacement would cost $250. I agreed because I needed my sprinklers working during the heat. He replaced the valve, tested it briefly and left. Moments later, I ran the zone and water began spewing from the new outflow connection. He later repaired it by cutting out PVC and installing flexible pipe with clamps. I got a second opinion after another valve began leaking. The new contractor said the repair was not the cleanest or most durable approach and pointed out that clamps were installed incorrectly. I will likely now have to pay to have the work redone the correct way. Overall, I was not comfortable with the communication, pricing or quality of the repair.

Great communication. Arrived on time. Inspected my sprinkler system and explained the scope of the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote. The work was finished in a timely and efficient manner and my sprinkler system is working properly. I will definitely call them when I need sprinkler work done in the future.

He did a great job. He actually came out to my house to give me an estimate, he didn't try to do it over the phone like others did. He walked the property asked me to turn on each zone while he walked around each zone I turned on came back to where I was standing and gave me a quote and I said let's get her done. He also replaced a couple sprinklers.
