Jr repaired and installed a whole new kitchen sink drain. Was on time professional and price was right. I would recommend Jr for your plumbing needs.

John came to my home with in a couple hours of my first call. My sewer line was definitely clogged but he also thought there was an issue with the toilet. He was hoping that by replacing the toilet and snaking the line it would clear everything up., So he removed the old toilet and came back the next day, to snake the drain (through the bathroom as I had no cleanout). When he came back the next morning everything looked great, there did not seem to be a back up so he started to snake the drain. Thats when we found the problem, he was not even able to go much further than the foundation with the snake and he was afraid I had a collapsed pipe in the yard. For those 2 days, including removing the old toilet and snaking the drain, he only charged me $400 which was less then he had quoted me. So he told me my options, one was to just do nothing and wait to see what happens the other was to dig up the yard and hopefully find the issue while also installing a clean out to avoid the issue in the future. He gave me a quote of $4500 to install the cleanout and hopefully fix any breaks in the pipe. Fast forward to today, just 4 after his 2nd visit (including the weekend) and he was here as promised on time in the pouring rain. It took a couple hours just to find the pipe because it was angled in a way it was not expected to be. Luckily there was no broken pipe just some shoddy workmanship from when the sewer line was installed many years ago. That shoddy workmanship led to roots growing in the sewer pipe to a point where the end of the pipe look like someone had taken a plant out of a pot, just a mess of dirt and roots. Once they were able to get that clear, everything worked perfectly. And even with the extra work that John had to do to get to the pipe, he was true to his work and charged me the quote of $4500. I would definitely recommend JR Rooter to anyone who needs their pipes cleaned

Toilet blocked backing up in the shower. Removed toilet and supposedly fixed blockage. Said it was due to grease buildup. Two days later same problem. Came back and everything seemed to be working fine. But no, happened again, this time he snaked drain towards the sewer. The very next day both toilets blocked backing up feces into the shower and tub along with sinks being blocked as well. His explanation was that his snaking must have blocked the line further than his snake would reach and to call Drain Stars and have pipes jetted cleaned. THIS IS AFTER PAYING HIM $450.00
