"First I would like to say that I am sorry you feel this way. However, I was out there on 2/19/21 and cleared her line thru a pulled toilet. I pulled back heavy grease, tested the system completely and everything was draining perfectly. I then went out again about a week later because I was informed it was happening again. On this visit, I tested the system and again everything was draining properly. I did not charge for this visit. On 4/2/21, I received a third call from the customer stating that her system was backed up again. I went out there (almost 7 weeks after the original call) and cleared the line again and I did not charge her for this call. I tested the system and everything was flowing properly. I explained to the customer if it happens again the customer was going to have to have the line jetted to get all the grease out because they were dumping grease down the drains. On the first visit, I explained how harmful dumping grease is to the sewer line. The sewer line did back up the next day and called another company and they jetted the line (as I explained that she might have to do) and they got all the grease out of the line. Again, I am sorry this customer feels this way, but I was honest with them the whole entire time and explained everything. The customer was only charged $450 for 3 calls, the last being almost 2 months later."

I was not able to complete the job because of it and referred her to another company. I did not charge for the visit because I did not finish the job. I am happy your problrm was taken care of."
