WARNING!!! Do not allow Jeff from JRS near your appliance. He did not fix my appliance the first time or the second time he returned. He actually created a bigger problem on top of not fixing the initial problem. Please see photo showing an appliance repair man that had to fix Jeff?s work. First picture shows a wire that was cut and spliced by Jeff in order to use the wrong water inlet valve. The wire he cut was part of the wire harness which now needs to be replaced. The second picture shows the correct harness held up next to the incorrect harness that Jeff put in. Do not use his services for anything

Was supposed to repair a leak, did nothing - left the parts on the floor, instead of reattaching to the machine. Never tested it to make sure it wasn't leaking - kinked the water supply line and there was another leak that he never even found. Refused to call back was nasty and we had to pay another repair place to do the job he was supposed to do. Jeff was the worst. The GE 800 number referred us - this is a joke!!!!!!!!! He is the worst. Thought we could trust the GE 800 number. He admitted not attaching the part. "it works without being attached". Never applied the initial charge to the return visit like most of the repair places do. He actually DAMAGED MY WATER SUPPLY LINE. DO NOT CALL THIS HACK and never tested to make sure it was fixed.

Save yourself the same bad experience almost anybody on the internet has reported if you look. This is a horrible provider with a bad disposition and unethical character. He will take your money and then likely not finish the job and come up with reasons why he can't return. On top of that he will insult you. Trust me the reviews on Yelp and Better Business Bureau are all true

Jeff came to the house for an oven repair and after about 5 minutes stated he was able to resolve the problem and if we had any further issues we should call him back, and he would order the necessary part. He promptly charged us $109 for the visit and left. Within 15 minutes the problem reoccurred, and he stated he would order the necessary part. After 2 weeks and several phone calls he finally stated he had the part which for he charged $202 and promised to install on Monday, April 13 between the hours of 1-3 pm. He neither showed nor called nor did he return our follow-up phone call. For someone to do this at a time when we are all supposed to be working together and helping each other speaks volumes about this man and the company. Do not use this service if you are looking for competence and ethics. He will not deliver either.

I agreed with Stephannie. Jeff is a joke. Came to house to repair my electric oven. $109 for him to walk in the door. Daid, it needed 2 parts, and we would have to pay up front $114 more and that when he came back it would be $180 more but that the oven would be fixed. He came back and said it was working and it never got above 150degrees, I made the mistake of paying him. Said another part would have to be purchased and it would cost $180 more. I thought this was absurd but the killer was when I asked him to guarantee the stove would work he said no. He said its all electronic and could not make any guarantees. A new stove would cost above $565 (I checked it out) I told him to forget it and to take the parts back and get a credit and return the last $180 I had given him. He said he could not return parts that were installed and that he does not return labor costs. The man told us the oven would be fixed and working after the installation of the 2 parts (a board and sensor) When it never reached the temperature he said it was standard from the company to be within 50 degrees of desired temperature. That is lie and he knows it. I checked with the appliance brand, and they had no such latitude with the temperature requirements. I want my money back. I will eat the parts expenses but the rest I want back. If I do not I will be taking him to small claims court and filing a complaint with his license number to the Better Business Bureau.

I believe Jeff is a fraud. He came to my home, checked out my refrigerator (the ice machine isn't making ice). Told us the fridge is not cold enough, turned up the temp, charged us $109 and left with the instructions to call back two days later if no ice. We call back, he says he will order the parts. We pay $160 to order the parts, the labor will be free, as he already charged us for it. He gave us a window of 12-4 on a Monday. We made sure to be here for it. It is 5 PM. Nothing. And when I call there is no voicemail to leave.

Very professional and easy to deal with.
