"We take all client feedback seriously. However, this review relates to an active contractual dispute that is currently being handled through the appropriate legal process. The project successfully passed all required inspections and permit close-out with the City, with all Engineers of Record, and the property was fully operational with all major systems (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical) completed and approved. As is often the case in construction projects, there were remaining items to be addressed in the final phase, which became the subject of disagreement between the parties. Because this matter is ongoing and there are outstanding Lien claims, we are limited in what we can share publicly, but we remain confident in the quality of our work and the process followed throughout the project. We stand by our work and our commitment to professionalism on every project."
