JRS & C Engineering (Charles) came at scheduled time; reviewed the problem of water dripping from a water supply on a refrigerator. Water lines were dressed and reattached to the valve. Charles also checked the water line for the refrigerator in the basement and instructed me how the water line attachment functions.

Chuck is Fantastic! I could not be happier, I have been using him now for awhile. I was so glad I found Chuck on Angie. He is courtous, polite, does a GREAT Job. I have had Chuck do many projects after the first meeting. He installed a walking shower, fixed many issues around the house, Fixed window leaks, faucets, replaced fans in the ceiling. Power washed the house, put in new garbage disposal.

Chuck diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The retractable screen on my storm door was not retracting.
Chuck started by identifying the maker of the door, using an AI tool on his phone. He then removed the casing to provide access to the roller. Seeing the similarity to rollers for blinds, he pulled the roller out and rewound it. After returning the roller to its compartment and adding some lubrication, the mechanism worked fine.

Chuck is a nice guy. But the quality of his work is really so so. He replaced kitchen ventilation under the cabinet. There is a power outlet in the cabinet and before he came, I have already drilled a hole for the power cord to go through. However, I do not know why he just drilled another hole two inches away from the hole I drilled, and worse, he even damaged the sidewall of my beautiful cabinet. I wish this site would allow us to upload a photo so that I can show the quality of his work. I would not recommend him to anyone. BTW, my wife paid him 20 dollars more than he asked. I wish I had checked his work first before we paid him.

"It is sad that I have to respond and I don't like to but this review is so unfair. The customer made no mention at all about any concerns while I was there and they were very happy and his wife even gave me a tip. I was paid in full a day later after the job so it makes no sense why he would state that he wish to review my work before payment. The hole for the plug he drilled was not in the right place and I had to drill another exactly as per the instructions or the cord would be pinched and the scratch to the cabinet mentioned is the inside wall where the holes are drilled...this is not visible and would not be a concern to anyone normally."
