They came promptly to diagnose our dishwasher. They had to order a replacement part and installed it in a timely manner. The dishwasher is still not working and no one will return our calls. We have paid for a repair that is not a repair.

My washer worked for 2 days and is back to same problem. I can not get them to answer phone calls or texts. I was told they warranted their work, but can not get ahold of anyone.

He knows what he is doing, he fixed my refrigerator. The issue is they say they will come out but then don't. My refrigerator was not cooling so I had to move items to a cooler. They said they would come out but didn't show. I had to refill the ice for another day and look for another servicer. They then showed up and made the repair after 3 days of keeping my spoils on ice. He is courteous, and knowledgeable but if I would have known he wouldn't show the first time I would have found someone else and saved on the money and hassle going out to buy more ice for my coolers. Need to keep the customer in the loop. If your other project goes long, it is courteous to update the next client (I'll be late, won't make it today, etc.)

This repairman not only fixed my washing machine, he also fixed my garbage disposal too! Very efficient and let me know immediately what the problem was and went right to it. I would recommend this repair man, with JR Affordable KAR!

Timely, friendly and professional.

JR was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They kept in touch to let me know when they would arrive, what needed to be done and when the needed parts would arrive, even called after the repairs were completed to make sure my refrigerator was still working properly. Their price was very reasonable too. I would not hesitate to use them for any other appliance Repair needs or recommend them to friends and family. A+ experience!!!

They GHOSTED me. Story: They called immediately after I posted needing the fridge fixed. Showed up with 3 people for initial appointment but couldnt fix the problem. In short, they left me with a fridge that works less than it did before they got here and I have fridge parts lying in my kitchen.. Called them back and they said they'd be here next day to fix the issue. No show, no call. They wont respond to calls or texts now. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Apparently they patched the work on my Dryer and Freezer. Both are having the same issues. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Said my refrigerator was repaired but wasnâ t. Said there was a 90 day guarantee and refused to come back out to fix the issue. No refund nothing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Very poor communication skills.

JR came to fix my refrigerator and replaced 2 thermostat but he still needs to come back with another part and I have called and left multiple text messages and no response. Would not recommend and was charged $500 for a fridge that still does not work.

Initially, the company was very responsive and came out the same day to fix the problem. They gave us a 90 day notice guaranty, but after we found out the problem was not fixed, we tried to contact them and they have not been responsive. It has been two weeks, we feel that we are being ignored.

They responded same day. Sears said it would be the 17th before they could do an appointment. JR came same day and repaired in one hour Highly recommend them

They were conscientious to do the job correctly.

It would be nice if the company would communicate and meet their obligations, instead of giving times and not showing up and not giving updates.

They came out next day and fixed the faulty water valve on the back of the fridge. Now I have cool water and ice to combat this TX heat! Great communication regarding timing of appointment and quick and friendly service.
