Only reason for not providing as 5 Star Rating on Work Quality, is due to a minor, crooked cut on the bottom of the Fence Gate, with a very visible gash. Other than this minor mistake, it was an overall good job.

Prior to contracting with JRivers the owner, Jeremy, send his estimator, Joseph Jennex, who came ON TIME and provided a bid on the spot. He also gave me some excellent suggestions for the job of installing six foot PVC privacy fence with two five foot gates. On Nov. 29, 2021, a really experienced team of brothers, Merial and Victor, showed up and worked until the job was completed that day. They were very open to my questions and requests. They did an excellent job, even working into the night with cell phone lighting to get the job done that day. Very pleased. Note that I got like seven bids before I chose JRivers. Watch out for crooked contractors. Two bids wanted and insisted on collecting sales tax. There is no sales tax on fence installed on one's property as the fence becomes part of the real property. I checked with the Florida Department of Revenue and there is no sales tax here. JRivers never sought to ask for tax. Then, two other bidders wanted me to pay $200 for them to get "a permit," but there is no permit required for Hillsborough County. Now the best part, the bid of JRivers was hundreds of dollars less than the next closest bid. I read the reviews on JRivers before finally choosing them and the reviews were great. Now I know why. From start to end, the experience working with Jeremy and his field crew was excellent. Jeremy was always available to answer questions and checked in on the job multiple times after it was underway. The field crew was courteous and paid special attention to detail and verified gate swings and locations prior to installation to make sure needs were met. Jeremy and his team were also able to work to make sure the fence was completed in time for a short notice appraisal that was scheduled for my home. The end product is of great quality and looks fantastic. I am incredibly pleased with the fence installation and the pricing of the job. Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job. Our new white PVC fence is top quality and the attention to detail provided during the job is one of the many reasons you should not hesitate to hire J Rivers! Our sprinklers were slightly installed off our property line and they readjusted all of them to ensure it was not an issue later down the road and they could remain inside the fence! 10/10 recommend.
