The following is my last and final text message to James trying to remediate the situation and I got no reply at all. read it and I am sure you will get my full opinion of this company. Sad because he is trying to build and expand his company... I need to meet and get this job done ASAP. The patio and the cement slab behind the garage were not weed whacked to the edge at all- it does not look like they were touched at all, and I specifically asked you about them and you said that they were done. The same leaves are laying behind the garage that I pointed out to you last week, which tells me that area was not mowed or weed-whacked. Yesterday was the quickest job I have ever witnessed and I had a feeling that the weed whacking was not done thoroughly even though I know your wife tries hard. I want ALL gutters and the weed whacking done again before the weekend. When a customer asks for their gutters to be done they mean ALL the gutters. I can not even believe you just did the back. That makes no sense. I feel so frustrated trying to get this whole project done. Please schedule a time and day and stick to that time, please. I just want it to be over and done correctly. James- I had faith in you and I believe that you mean well and you never intend to not deliver, but I think you over-schedule yourself or underestimate time. Customers are expecting promptness with appts and Services done as requested. Lets make this right and soon. Days later and still nothing from James, and I am sorry I paid ahead and Tipped. Lesson learned.

James returned our call immediately and stopped by to check the site and provide an estimate. His work is excellent, his prices are more than fair and he will be taking care of our property from now on.

He is professional and thorough, he does lawn care and offers to put down mulch, I would highly recommend, very honest.

James came to give me an estimate after i had issue with the last people i hired calling out twice. I instantly liked him. He got right on the job and completed my yard. I was very pleased with the work.

James called me to tell me he was running late (family emergency) for our estimate. When he came I instantly liked him. He was here for just an estimate but by the time he left my lawn was perfect. Sooooo pleased!
