Rude, bad attitude, cursed in front of my three year old. But did the job (fixing the dishwasher). I wasn't there but my husband was not happy with his behavior.

The technician (Eddy) was able to accomodate me and cam to my house at 8pm. He wa able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator right away and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend JR Refrigeration Appliance Repair Service.

Top of the line Amana refrigerator - freezer on bottom - stopped producing ice or providing water on the door. Repair was not straight forward but JR prevailed. Replacement part was very expensive @ $266.00 but I did not shop around for a better price. The technician - Eddie - was very helpful and knowledgable.

The first time they came to my house, it took the guy about two hours to figure out that a piece for the ice maker was not working, that day i paid about forty dollars. Then after that they call me and told me that to replace that part was going to cost me $165.00 and i agreed. They came back to my house after a week and replace that part, i though everything was going to be okay, but the next day i notice a leak under the fridge and i also notice that the guy broke one of the shelves i guess trying to putting it back. So i call them back and i spoke to Marvin twice he said they were going to call me back, they never did. I spend $200.00

They did not show for initial appoinment, I called back and rescheduled. They made this appointment but did not have the part on truck. They returned the following day and made the repair. The appliance has been working properly for over a week since the repair.

They called immediately to set up an appointment. Eddy arrived, did the work quickly and neatly. The cost was very reasonable. Everyone was professional. Should I need similar service again, I will call them first.

They arrive when they say they will and the work is quick. The price for this repair was high, but I didn't have any other options. The repairman's lack of skill with the English language was a challenge but his work was quick and precise.

It is a terrible experience for me. My clothes dryer did not dry clothes any more. JR said the sensor needs to be replaced, they charged me $165 for it. Mere 3 month and 8 days later, the dryer stopped drying clothes again. I called JR, essentially he tried every possible way to even come back. He made appointment for next day at 10AM, he simply did not show up on the scheduled time. He finally showed up at 5:30PM after multiple phone calls, he refused taking a look at the machine to see if there was still the same problem and rushed away. Never ever to use their service!!! Terrible service, very rude attitude!!

I spoke to Marvin Trejos about my tenant's refrigerator. He told me he could check it out for a $39 service call fee. Then he would call me with an estimate. However, he sent a guy who showed up 2 hrs late and went ahead and replaced a lot of parts without my permission. The guy only called me afterwards to ask for payment - $285 which is probably more than the fridge is worth. I can go to Sears and get a new refrigerator for less than $500. I called Marvin to complain and after denying any responsibility for his guy and his own mistake of not calling me with an estimate, he gave me a 12% discount. On principle, it was very unprofessional!
