JR was very efficient with his work. The prices were more than reasonable and the customer service was excellent. He got me in same day and thanks to him, I now have a working dryer. Thank you :)

JR was on time, calling to let me know that he was on his way. He explained the options to us concerning parts and labor. When he left from assessing the problem with the dishwasher, the kitchen was as clean as before he came. When he returned with the needed parts, he discovered that the part he had been given by his supplier was not correct. He called his supplier and was told that the part he needed was discontinued and the part he had been given was for a newer machine. JR refused to accept any payment for his second trip as he had not been able to fix the issue. He is honest and takes pride in his work and his reputation. I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Our issue was the manufacturer no longer made parts for that dishwasher and we were uncertain as to its age. We did not realize that some manufacturers only make parts for 5 to 7 years after a model is produced.

They offered options for repairing washer and dryer, and in addition to resolving the problems offered a free service call and labor if I change my mind and fix things another way.

In the end, could not fix the washer, but the technician was quite honest about the cost benefit to either attempting to fix it, or to just get a new one. For me, it was better to get a new one--the machine had just had its day--so to speak.

He first tried the least expense way to fix my problem, rather than recommending that I buy an expense part as the only solution. He also gave some maintenance tips to prevent future problems.

Not only did he get my dryer working but also labeled my circuit breaker.

well it was handled professionally..but might want to focus on the job at hand and instead of answering calls in the middle of the job, might want to use voicemail .

I was impressed that JR was able to work me into his schedule on a Saturday morning as my refrigerator was not functioning properly. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable with what he does. I will definitely call him again if / when the need arises.
