I hired them to remove wrinkles in my carpet. It has been seven months since they did the job and there are no more wrinkles in my new carpet which was installed by another company that did not honor their warranty. I highly recommend them.

JR was a very friendly, professional person to have come into my home. He was very prompt and did a excellent job. The work he did made the carpet look like a brand new install. Will definitely contact him again when I need any other carpet services.

My parents passed away this year, and we were readying the house to sell. We had 40 year old carpets that were very, very dirty, and JR's made them look like brand new! Unbelievable. They did an excellent job.

JR came out to give me an estimate, and was able to complete the job on the same day. My carpet was in really bad shape due to a poor installation years ago. After they stretched the carpet, it looks like a new install! I paid way more than I wanted to, but no complaints on the quality of their work. And JR is really a nice guy!

I found JR's through Home Advisor last year and was impressed by their quick response time, confidence and professionalism. However, I thought the estimate was a bit high and decided to get another. After wasting time with a few other jokers who gave me unrealistic, low-ball quotes sight unseen, I went back to Home Advisor. Again, JRs called me quickly exhibiting the same professionalism and service ethic. This time, I was smart enough to hire them and it was worth every penny! Great job!
