Mr. Rafferty was hired to construct a commercial business parking lot. He was given specifications by the contractor which he did not follow. Mr. Rafferty in fact, admitted to "eyeballing the grade", which was evident when the San Antonio was hit with two weeks of rain, and the parking lot looked like a swimming pool. He lied about not receiving specifications, yet had several conversations with the engineer. In a nutshell, the parking lot is falling apart. HomeAdvisor has pictures of the parking lot, that is a mere 4 months old. Mr. Rafferty did not complete the job, and while he has stated he will come back to complete the job, he would like to have a 6 month window in which to come back, based on his attorneys request. He has been paid $50,000 to deliver a functional parking lot. He has offered to come back and place the parking lot in the same shape it was placed in, but after having two different paving companies take a look at his work, both have stated Mr. Raffertys work is not fixable with simple patching and resurfacing, as he likely did not place enough base, it was not compacted appropriately and is the reason for the parking lot now having potholes which are ankle deep. Mr. Rafferty claims he didn't know the parking lot would have heavy trucks drive by, and yet drew fire lanes for the fire engine trucks to park there if necessary. I wouldn't recommend The Rafferty brand to my worst enemy.
