John of J.R.'s Plumbing & heating is a thorough professional. He has always been on time. He provided written estimate beforehand. Final cost was what he estimated months ago. He followed project schedule, he is courteous and he always returns calls.

Always on time, stayed within budget, VERY clean during the renovation of our two bathrooms. (One bathroom was particularly challenging because it involved boring through concrete. The area was spotless after they completed their work.) John and Nick were able to complete a job in about a day and a half compared to other contractors' estimates of three days/turning the job down completely. John was prompt in giving in estimate and is a pleasure to work with. He has my highest recommendation and I will use him for future plumbing projects.
