I told Jerry why I called him for service. Several months ago I described a problem with my sprinkler over the phone and Jerry said it suggested a loose wire. It would save the cost of a service call if I would check for a loose wire. Sure enough, it was a loose wire which I could quickly retighten. It worked fine and save me the cost of a service call. Thank you, Jerry.

Attended quickly our mistake was not getting more than one quote. On reflection after the work was completed my husband felt that he had agreed to unecessary work being performed and with that came a large bill. A lesson learnt!

Jerry was out within an hour and fixed my well in 5 minutes! Thank you Jerry!

He was late in getting to my home but did have an explanation for this. It took longer than he expected to complete the job. He did not clean up after himself when finished (left wires exposed, broken tops to relay - he was in a hurry to get to the next job) I called and he said he would come by to complete but so far he has not done so. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time finding the fault in the sprinkler system

Jerry called me within minutes of my Service Magic request. He was thorough in asking what I needed done, accomodated my scheduling, and showed up as promised (unlike another company that I'd hired previously). His work was excellent, time-efficient, the pricing a true value -- and he was just a pleasure to deal with, all the way around. Jerry will definitely be my "irrigation guy" from now on!!

Wonderful, very easy to work with reasonably priced, great if you have a well pump system. He makes sure they are working properly together so that your pump doesn't keep cycling and burn out.

jerry gave 3 example of what the problem could be,He gave a reasonable quote which was free and fixed the problem in about a hour.

Jerry is the best sprinkler tech I've ever worked with/hired. He is knowledgeable about everything related to water from wells and home water systems to irrigation. I highly recommend him for your repairs.

Jerry was very pleasant when I called him because of a non-working well pump on a holiday weekend. He came over right away and did a temporary fix until he could get the part he needed. Jerry came back when he said he would, and did a great job of completing the repair. I especially liked that he taught me a lot about the well pump in the process.

Jerry was with me within an hour! We had a leak on the irrigation in the planter by the pool. Nice guy and a good price. However I had have to check and replace other parts of the system as not tested afterwards.
