They need to wear booties over their outside shoes. He started to walk in with his working boots on. Not good.

We had a Lazyboy recliner and our stairs cleaned. The technician, Ronnie, did a fantastic job on both. He was very conscientious and worked hard to do a great job. We will definitely use this company again and we highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend that you hire j&s for your next carpet and vent cleaning project. Jim and his team were very professional and their work exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely hire them again.

DO NOT use this company to clean your carpets. They cleaned our whole house, and most of it was fine. But the stairs! They left the stairs soaking wet - soaked through the carpet and padding to the wood. And they created new yellow stains on every tread. Smelled awful, like something died in the house, and the smell kept getting worse, not better. Had to pull out the carpet on the stairs because the smell was so bad after a day and a half. The lady who answered the phone acknowledged that the wood should not have been wet, but then they never ever called back when we asked for them to make it right - re-carpet the stairs. Two weeks later, after repeated phone calls, absolutely no response. We used them because they are a family owned business and we like to support local family businesses. And we thought they would have more personal customer service. Ha. For a business that must rely on referrals, it's a shame they their service is getting them this kind of referral.

We had a new carpet pad installed under our living room carpet, the carpet was stretched and then cleaned. Our goal was to get a couple more years wear before replacing it with new. For a fraction of the price of new carpet we have a beautiful older carpet. The carpet cleaning alone was the best cleaning job we have ever experienced. The Techs were very professional and polite and went above and beyond to produce a beautiful result.

I was very impressed that the professional completed the work before our Holiday guests arrives. He even vacuumed after the work was completed. The next day, the pro followed up and replaced a piece of carpet from the closet that he had taken to do the repair work. This company went above and beyond.

I called J & S on a Sunday afternoon. A person answered the phone and gave me a quote. I called a few other companies but no one was there nor called me back. I called J &S back. We agreed on the price and scheduled the service FOR THE NEXT SFTERNOON. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. That called they would be ten minutes late. Then showed up on time and left a half hour late with carpet stretch perfectly done. All this is why my ratings are 5 across the board.

They are the only carpet cleaners I recommend. They always respond quickly. They do what they say they are going to do. He is remarkable with doing things with carpet or furniture. He's advanced and knows the latest tricks. I use him for all rental properties and trust his work.
