Their sales person promised a whole bunch of things, that never got done. First we had to wait for the windows for many months, and the supplier sent the wrong item at least twice. Then they promised they would put in window sills for me, like the sales person had promised, which never happened. They also bought the cheapest possible trim for the windows, that was not suited for outside use, and these deteriorated in just a few months of course. I have not texted the main guy at least 10 times about this, at first he said he was getting back to me, and he never did, so obviously he is not interested in rectifying this. So I can safely say that the project never was completely finished. I am sure they have plenty of work elsewhere, and fee that they don't have to bother with me, and probably don't care what kind of review I give them, but it is very disheartening to pay these guys good money and they don't finish or do what they said they were going to do....

On time and very professional a very good experience with this company.The installer was great as well as Al Chambers who gave me the quote,he let me know about the materials they were useing. We were very happy with the project

Everything they did was excellent and I highly recommend them. They're professional and right on time and met the time line. They kept in contacted and communicated clearly when they would come so there were no supersizes.

This is an outstanding company with outstanding customer service. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, they showed up on schedule and there were no extra charges. Shawn is always responsive whenever I reach out and always respectful of my property. Good followup as well. I strongly recommend.
