Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
I hired JSL to do a a tile shower, a tile floor in two bedrooms. Luis, did one bedroom with tiles purchased by me. He gave me a contract for $5,910.00 with half up front plus $500. I gave him half plus the $500 and it has been one month and during this time he was asking me for more money for personal problems he was having and I deducted the money that I sent him. Which was a total of $3,395.00. His last request was for me to buy the materials so he could finish the job and I would not do this because I could not be sure the work would be done. So I am out this money and the work has not been done. If you use Home Advisor for help to determine a contractor not sure reviews will help, as you can see what happened to me. This is a big lesson learned for me and I am not sure how or when I will be able to trust another contractor from Home Advisor to do a tile shower. I would not recommend. I am out $3,395.00 because I do not believe he has even done this much work. Thanks Maryland Tracy

Drywall - Install
JSL did great work replacing drywall of bathroom ceiling and installing ventilation. They were responsive to requests and easy to work with. There were typical delays while coordinating multiple jobs but the end product was quality work.
