"I am sorry your not happy with the job we did. I admit I'm surprised at your rating since I did exactly what we agreed upon, which was weed removal, spray and remove two shrubs. When I talked to you last I said I needed to respray because it rained less than an hour after the job was completed, I also agreed to do leaf removal in that area for no additional charge even though it wasn't in the original agreement. I will refund the partial payment I received from you and we will call it even. I stand behind my company's work and if you don't think I did what we agreed upon then you shouldn't have to pay."
